You can follow the installation instruction below to set it up.

• Enable Linux on the Chromebook by Turning on Linux. You can follow the Google Chromebook instructions https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/9145439?hl=en

• Download Ch Professional for Linux 64 bit from the Chromebook web browser at http://www.softintegration.com/download/

• Open the Files app from Chromebook, you will find the downloaded file chprofessional-8.0.0.linux64-2.6.18.intel.tar.gz, drag this file from Folder Downloads to Linux files which just below Downloads , you will find the file showing up under Folder Linux files.

  

• Launch the Terminal app from the Launcher, type the command:

      tar xzf chprofessional-8.0.0.linux64-2.6.18.intel.tar.gz
      cd chprofessional-8.0.linux64-2.6.18.intel
      sudo ./install.sh
  

  Following the instructions on the screen to finish the installation.

  

• After you are done with the installation, you can find the ChIDE and Ch Terminal icon within the Linux app from the launcher, click the icon to run ChIDE.

• You can run ChActivation to activate the license in chromebook
